Why choose Sarah?
Sarah specialises in treating pelvic floor dysfunction in females. She is experienced in treating pelvic floor dysfunction including urinary and bowel incontinence, prolapse, overactive bladder and pelvic pain. She has a keen interest in treating ante-natal and post-natal problems including pelvic girdle pain, diastasis recti, perineal tears and scar massage (tears and C-section). She believes a Mummy MOT (post-natal check) should be made accessible to all Women post childbirth.
She is extremely passionate about her current specialism, and combines her understanding of human anatomy and the pelvic floor along with her recent experience of becoming a first time Mum to help Women fulfil their potential and maintain being active throughout all stages of their pre and post-natal journey.
Outside of work, Sarah loves being active. She particularly enjoys Crossfit training 5-6 times a week. She enjoys being outdoors and if this is combined with sunshine, friends and family then she is happy!
