Do you live in Leeds and need help with your hip pain?

Are you getting pain in your hip when walking? Do you get any pain when twisting or bending in your hip which may spread into the leg? We can help you relieve your pain and restricted movement

The hip is a very important part of the body as it supports the lower limb and also works with the pelvis to position the upper body on top of the lower legs. It is responsible for a lot of movement and power in everyday activities and sports. So when you get pain or dysfunction in and around your hip, it will quickly affect and impair movement in your knee, hip and lower back.

The key to starting on your road back to pain-free function in the hip starts, so our first consultation will be a thorough assessment of the hip and also looking at other parts of the body that can affect the function of the hip. Once we understand the underlying problem at the cause of your pain we aim to provide you with a plan on how we can get you pain free and living life to the full as soon as possible.

We will aim to give you as much information as you need to stay pain free for the long term. Treatment of the hip often involves hands on techniques, rehabilitative exercises, education and in some cases we use Shockwave Therapy.

If you have any questions regarding your hip pain and if we can help, please get in touch and we will be more than happy to speak with you.
